Operating Principles
Timeline
Our growth has been shaped by real needs in the property and investment space. Over time, we expanded thoughtfully – adding specialized capabilities and bringing them together under a shared approach.
2014
Genstone Begins
Genstone’s roots trace back to the launch of REO-focused operations, created to address the growing need for reliable property disposition and field execution in complex real estate environments.
2018
Expanding Capabilities
As the organization grew, Genstone began adding complementary property-related capabilities, broadening its ability to support real estate assets beyond a single transaction.
2020–2022
Building a Connected Organization
Over the next several years, Genstone expanded beyond REO by adding real estate brokerage (now Genstone Realty), construction management (now Genstone Construction), Genstone Insurance, and Genstone Property Management. These additions transformed Genstone from a single-function operation into a multi-discipline organization capable of supporting properties from acquisition through renovation, leasing, and long-term ownership.
2024
Strengthening the Genstone Platform
As Genstone continued to grow, specialized teams were formally aligned under a unified operating structure. This created tighter collaboration across construction, property services, insurance, real estate, and property management – supporting both homeowners and investors with more integrated solutions.
2025
Unifying Under the Genstone Brand
In 2025, Genstone formally unified its businesses, including Genstone Field Services and Genstone Financial, under a single brand, bringing its full suite of services into one coordinated organization. That same year, Genstone expanded to nine locations (headquarters, operational hubs, and four regional retail offices), giving homeowners and investors local access backed by national infrastructure. Genstone was also named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies.
